Loved the beautiful historic building with the comfort of a new luxury hotel.
Surprised that the room did not have a mini fridge, otherwise it was perfect!
The hotel Bothwell was an absolutely beautiful building which upon entering the front gave a feeling of stepping back in time yet with the comforts of today.

The hotel was beautiful and the restored tile floors were wonderful. Especially enjoyed the original elevator.
The downtown area is very depressed with most shops closed.
The hotel was an unexpected gem in this area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Who knew that the gourmet restaurant would be so delicious? None of the reviews even mentioned it. The house salad was worth the trip alone, not to mention the fried asparagus appetizer. ...read more

Friendly, lovely music playing, rooms clean and good location.
We have no complaints.
We are orignally from Sedalia so it was fun for us to have a nice place to stay and enjoy seeing the city.
